This year, FLUSH worked on understanding how different industries understand and grapple with ocean sewage for our client, the Ocean Sewage Alliance.
Our findings report explores how the Commercial Fisheries & Aquaculture and Ocean Conservation sectors in the coastal US understand and work on ocean sewage in their communities. The report outlines how we approached the research, what we heard and learned, and industry profiles generated from our interviews and survey results.
Our report shares interesting insights about how these two sectors think and approach ocean sewage. We learned how it affects their work, what about it affects their work, and where potential misconceptions about ocean sewage are in each sector across the different national coasts.
